Class Descriptions
STRIKING
Our mixed martial arts striking class is a training session that focuses on developing the striking techniques used in MMA, which include punches, kicks, elbows, and knees. Instructors typically demonstrate proper form and technique, and then guide students through various drills and combinations to improve their striking skills, footwork, and timing. The class may involve partner work, pad work, bag work, and shadowboxing to help participants refine their striking accuracy, power, and defensive maneuvers. Conditioning exercises and stretching often round out the class to enhance overall fitness and flexibility.
GRAPPLING
Our Mixed martial arts (MMA) grappling class involves incorporating various techniques from different grappling disciplines, such as Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, wrestling, judo, and submission grappling. This type of training focuses on improving your ground control, submission skills, takedowns, and overall grappling prowess. It's essential to work on both offensive and defensive techniques to develop a well-rounded skillset. Although training hard is the norm, training safely is always our first priority.

GROOVE THERAPY
An uplifting & inclusive Dance Class for Adults. Grooves so fun, you won't even notice you're doing cardio! Begin with isolations, stretching, and funky foot work. Participate in building choreographed combinations to unleash your creativity. This class will enhance fitness, reduce stress, and boost confidence, all while connecting with our joyful community in a non-competetive environment. It's a fun, uplifting experience that revitalizes your body, mind, and spirit, offering therapeutic benefits and serving as a mood booster for overall well-being. Let's groove, baby.

This sacred space unlocks your inner magic and offers profound insight, setting the tone for a harmonious and purposeful week ahead. Join us for a journey of self-discovery and inner peace as you learn to trust your intuition.

R&R: Restorative Yoga + Reiki Healing
A super gentle class that provides an opportunity for profound relaxation and healing. Paired with Reiki, a Japanese modality of energy work, this practice allows the gentle flow of healing energy to channel through the practitioner and gently to the receiver. Fully supported by props in each pose, this class is great for those looking to relax, renew, restore and heal. Those with injuries and other physical limitations are welcome to join this practice. You know that feeling right after a good savasana? That's the feeling of the whole class. :)
